Registering is your choice
Registering a stillbirth is voluntary and uses a dedicated process, with no deadline. You can do it if and when you wish to, or not at all. The official guidance explains how.
You may still be entitled to leave and payment
Maternity and paternity leave and the related benefits can still apply, and they do not depend on registering. Whether they apply in your situation is decided by the Department of Social Protection and depends on the official conditions, so it is worth checking with them and with your employer.

For personal support, bereavement services and any question about your entitlements, you can contact the hospital, your GP, the HSE, or the relevant Department. They can help you find the right support.
