Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers the one-time parentready Premium purchase, a digital product. The free planner is free to use and has nothing to refund.
1. Who you buy from
parentready Premium is sold through Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues your receipt, and handles refunds and payment disputes on our behalf. You can always contact us first at info@parentready.ie.
2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital purchase and get a refund. We honour this statutory right.
3. Immediate access to digital content
Premium gives you immediate access to digital features. Under EU consumer law, if you ask for access to start straight away and acknowledge that you will lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it begins, the right no longer applies once you have started using the premium features. You choose whether to start immediately at checkout.
4. When we refund anyway
If the product does not work as described, if you were charged by mistake, or if you have not yet started using the premium features, contact us and we will put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in this policy.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@parentready.ie with the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your Lemon Squeezy order number. We aim to reply within a few working days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy.
6. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Because Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, payment disputes and chargebacks are handled through them. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly and more quickly.
7. Complaints
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission, or, if you live in another EU country, the European Consumer Centre Ireland. See also our Terms & Conditions.
